a) Monitors and controls the computer, file server, peripheral and off-line equipment in accordance with established standards and operating procedures.
b) Monitors and runs production Distributed jobs. Escalates discrepancies to job owners.
c) Resolve routine operational problems and seeks advice in resolving systems error conditions and reports deviations or malfunctions to management
