Telecalling Executive- Recruitment

• Data mining through job portals / other direct sources
• Calling, shortlisting & scheduling candidates from interviews
• Generate new leads through direct sources
• Maintain data related to interviews and joining in the given MIS format
• Call the selected candidates to ensure joining.

• Graduate in any discipline
• Willing to work in any shift (predominantly day shifts), rotational week offs
• Self motivated
• Willing to perform and learn
