You will be interacting with Metclouds' clients world wide to resolve the technical issues through your trouble shooting knowledge and research ability. You will be solving basic to complex issues related to server and web hosting. Your written communication skill must be good and should have concentration and an eye in detail and also an attitude for continuous self learning and technology update. Our 24x7 technical support division requires you to be available to work in different shifts. |
