Role  :   Telecalling/ Telemarketing Executive
Functional Area   :  ITES/BPO/KPO, Customer Service, Ops.

-    Responsible for outbound calls for follow up with sales staff and customers.
-    Will be responsible for follow up with the sales staff for TMS updattion and daily plan and reporting at the end of the daypresentjobs.com
-    Follow up with the enquiries at the dealers end for confirming the interest level of the customer & taking care of customer support activities.
-    Telemarketing executives may also apply.
-    Should have knowledge of working on MS excel – Pivot tables, V-lookup.

-    Having exp. in inbound/outbound call centre preferably in sales or customer service. Confident freshers are also welcome.
-    Exp. in follow up with customer, customer support is an added advantage.
-    Knowledge of Hindi and any one of the following languages is MUST – Gujarati, Marathi or Telugu.
-    Should have knowledge of working on MS excel – Pivot charts, V-lookup. (MUST)
-    Should be very confident and diligent.
