*** After hiring, candidates will be fully trained to perform the expected duties of the job. Training cost will be fully borne by the company. *** After the successful completion of training, the candidates will be expected to perform the following duties: 1. Handling support requests and live chats from web hosting customers 2. Installing, configuring, managing & troubleshooting Linux and Windows servers 3. Email account setup & troubleshooting for clients 4. Transferring accounts between servers when necessary for load balancing or account upgrades 5. Monitoring servers and dealing with server downs, service failures, resource shortages, high load on servers, high disk space usages, spam mitigation and DDOS attack prevention 1. MUST HAVE excellent written communication skills using English Language 2. MUST HAVE completed graduation with Computer Science or Electronics as major specialization 3. MUST HAVE more than 70% Marks in Computer Science or Electronics (average of all semesters) 4. NO ATKTs in any semester Work Environment: Candidates will be working in a web hosting environment, working directly with the end-clients. The interaction with the end-clients will be thru Helpdesk Requests and Live Chat only (no phone interaction needed). |
