Best IT Jobs,Urgent Openings.Upload Your Resume The role of Recruitment Coordinator within Kenexa RPO provides operational, logistical and administrative support to our on- and off-site solution delivery teams. The position is critical in ensuring Kenexa continues to deliver extreme service whilst meeting client and organizational service level agreements. Excellent administrative and organizational skills, attention to detail and a passion for excellence will guarantee success. External responsibilities 1. Take partial responsibility for data integrity in customer Applicant Tracking System 2. Administer and follow-up on assessment tools used by Kenexa in candidate selection process 3. Organize recruitment days at various national locations to ensure optimal sourcing approach 4. Reporting support for delivery team as required, ensuring data accuracy and process alignment 5. Timely management and follow-up of all service delivery logistics, minimizing slippage wherever possible 6. Additional ad-hoc requests as required External requirements 1. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to comfortably communicate and operate with senior level business professionals 2. Excellent English communication skills 3. Years of Experience: 0 - 1 years of experience 4. Qualification: Any Graduate and possibly intern 5. Exceptional organizational skills, with a focus and attention to detail, and a passion for extreme service delivery & customer experience 6. Positive attitude, solution oriented 7. Ability to multi-task in a challenging and high-energy environment 8. Interest in, or knowledge of HR/Recruitment functions a distinct advantage 9. Knowledge of recruitment or strong will to learn 10. Excellent MS Office skills 11. Own and drive all logistical, operational and administrative actions within Kenexa's RPO Service Delivery |
