Rounds of interview at Campus premises: Initially 4 rounds of interview will be held at your campus premises. Rounds of Interview at Client Premises: · Client - HR · Project Manager round Any Graduate with strong academic performance – Fresher’s Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Distinctive problem solving and analytical capabilities Flexible to work in a fast-changing environment Data management skills will be an added advantage Responsibilities: Would be working on different processes within the project. Package: 1.68 Lacs CTC per anum, which is to say Rs.14,000 ctc per month and after deductions of ESI /PF /Insurance/ PT etc, an Associate will receive Rs,12,500 appromately in hand + transportation facility + Food Facility + Incentives based on performance. Shifts: Flexible to work in shifts (Both male & female) Profile: Need to map the route for the Customers for different countries. Requirement: Any graduate without any gaps in education Fresher’s and Experience will be considered. Should have good knowledge on computers. Should have good knowledge on the current affairs and happenings around the world. Should possess knowledge on Geographic Information System. Salary: Fresher’s: 14000 CTC per month- 1.68 lacs p.a Experience: 16000 CTC per month – 1.92 lacs p.a Should be flexible to work for any shifts Shift details: 1st Shift: 8.00 am – 5.30 pm, 8 hours per day, 4 days a week. 2nd Shift: 5.30 pm – 1.30 am, 7 hours per day, 5 days a week. 3rd Shift: 8.00 am - 5.30 pm, need to work on Saturday and Sunday (they will get three days as an off on any weekdays may not be continuous offs) Transportation: Pick and Drop facility to a common shuttle point.
