(a) Academic Consultants (18): one each in English(SC), Urdu(UR), Social Work(OBC), Public Administration(UR), Physics(OBC), Chemistry(UR), Zoology(SC), Botany(UR), Maths(OBC), Computer Science(UR), Bio-Chemistry(SC), B.Ed. Special Education (hearing impaired) (UR), B.Ed. Special Education(mentally retarded) (ST), Commerce(UR), Pure and Applied Economics (SC), Horticulture (UR), Animal Husbandry and Dairy(OBC), Soil Science and Agriculture Chemistry(UR) (b) Technical Officers (04)-Hardware/Server administrator (UR-01,SC-01) , Software/ Software Engineer (UR-01, OBC-01) (c) Regional Coordinators (06). (SC-02, OBC-01 & UR-03) (d) Consultants (02) (Administration-01 and Finance-01) (for only retired persons) (e) Caretaker (01) (for only retired person) General Conditions: (i) Honorarium will be Rs. 25,000/- (fixed) per month for (a),(b) and (c) and Rs.12000/-(fixed) per month for (d) and (e). (ii) The application form along with information and eligibility requirements may be downloaded from the University website www.uprtou.ac.in, Duly completed application form along with a bank draft of Rs. 400/- for General Candidates, Rs. 300/- for OBC Candidates and Rs. 200/- for SC/ST Candidates in favor of Finance Officer, U.P. Rajarshi Tandon Open University, payable at Allahabad must reach the office of the Registrar, U.P. Rajarshi Tandon Open University, Shantipuram (Sector-F), Phaphamau, Allahabad-211013 by 17th October 2012. (iii) Retired persons may also apply for the posts of Regional Coordinators (iv) Preference will be given to the candidates possessing experience of working in Open and Distance Learning (ODL) system. (v) In case no suitable candidate is available, the post may not be filled. (vi) The continuation of Academic Consultants/Technical Officers/Regional Coordinators/ Consultants/Caretaker beyond a period of six months shall be the sole discretion of the University. |
