Company Symantec Job Role: Security Analyst Job Summary: Security Analyst is required to release threat analysis content within defined SLAs for our customers. • Develops and maintains threat analysis content within the constraints of the short time-frame required to deliver this content to customers. • Conceptual understanding and applied experience with security concepts and networking. Advanced knowledge of a number of different threats affecting multiple platforms. • Writes technical reports based on the results of analysis. • Detailed knowledge of vulnerabilities and malware, developing IDS signatures, disassembling, debugging, low level programming C and ASM.
