Technical Recruiter - US Staffing (Only Night Shift)
- Will be working on IT requirements.
- Searching in Internal Database and Job Portals.
- Matching Resume against the requirements.
- Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level
- Arranges for client interviews
- Take care of Clients Requirements
- Only BCA, B Tech(IT) & B.Sc(IT) candidates may apply for this position
- Freshers having good technical background may apply
- Good Communication Skills
- Willing to work in Night Shifts
- Excellent negotiation skills
Experience in US recruitment will be an added advantage
