Company Aon Hewitt Job Role: IND Team Member Proc Job Summary : Education, Knowledge & Experience Graduate in any discipline Work Experience of 6 months -3 years [Desirable – Learning & Development; Training : Recruitment] Education, Knowledge & Experience – Fresher (0-6 months experience) Graduate in any discipline (aggregate marks of >=50% - No Gaps / Failure throughout Graduation) Work Experience of 0-6 months Skills: Excellent written & verbal communication skills Good Interpersonal skills Good computer operating skills required (MS- Office Applications) Typing Speed of Minimum 25 WPM with 90% Accuracy Competency: Excellent learning agility Demonstrates initiative and a self starter approach Basic Problem Solving & Decision making ability Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility Focus on continuous improvement Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Work Conditions: Participation in training sessions, presentations and meetings Occasional extended work hours to meet deadlines Ability to work 24*7 shift timings Mobility within the office & locations Willingness to sign a service agreement before every overseas travel / assignment/ prior to joining Note: Submit Your Resume |
