Company Invesco Ltd. Job Role: Procurement Analyst With 1-2 Years Exp Job Summary : Procurement Analyst is responsible handling the entire spectrum of operations in PROCURE TO PAY process starting from the Purchase Order creation to the final follow-ups with Finance department for the payment to the Vendors. Key Responsibilities / Duties: Prepare and issue Purchase Orders for IT and Non IT purchases charging to the correct department cost centers. Follow-up with vendors for supplies and the timely deliveries. Regular interactions with the clients during the purchase process. Ensuring timely availability of service/material and release of vendor payment Processing of invoices and making sure the amount involved gets charged to the correct cost centre Payments follow up with Finance dept Handling any issues & ad-hoc queries that might arise during the Procurement life-cycle. Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Work Experience / Knowledge: 1-2 years relevant experience in IT/IS field: Procurement Operations Knowledge of complete Procurement life-cycle Proficiency with purchasing process in any ERP system. Knowledge of Oracle Financial PO Module (Preferred) Basic knowledge of Software Licensing and Compliance Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) Local purchasing experience (Preferred) Academic Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required: Business Acumen Conceptual / Critical Thinking Decision Making / Judgment / Problem Solving Communication Skills Flexibility / Adaptability Individual Planning & Organization Innovative Thinking Results Orientation / Accountability Service Focus Teamwork / Interpersonal Skills Ability to handle high volume as required Work independently with less supervision
