Company BNP Paribas Securities Services Job Role: Business Implementation – Associate/ Senior Associate Job Summary : Key responsibilities and accountabilities : · Successful completion of account openings and tax form lodgements where required · Successful completion of Auto FX set up and maintenance where required · Processing of transitions accurately and on time as required · To demonstrate a client service ethic in all work produced and in all client interactions · Identifying or adapting implemented process change or projects and will apply all existing procedures including the completion of all checklists · To respond to all queries by other teams or clients within 24 hours · Research and seek appropriate internal legal or expert advice on matters where required · Ensuring successful execution of the transition of assets restructures and successful integration of the client’s holdings. · Responsible for the maintenance of the pipeline for both client segments, preparation of transition timetables and project plans. Job Requirements: a. Education Qualification · College Degree, preferably a Master’s degree in Commerce or MBA (Finance) b. Total years of Experience · 0-3 years. Experience in Fund Accounting will be an added value. c. Relevant years of Experience · Approximately 2 years in Financial Services is preferable d. Knowledge and Skills Required · Good working knowledge of Hi-Portfolio & relevant market systems. · Technical knowledge of Fund Accounting and Unit Pricing, Investment Administration & Custody Operations. · Expertise in Excel Note: Submit Your Resume |
