 Excellent communication skills is required

 Prior Customer service experience or Customer centric mind set is required

 Proficiency in English Language written and verbal both

 Excellent with Excel and basic SQL

 Proficient with web search

 Analytical bent of mind

 The candidate should have a very good communication (written and spoken english ).

 Comfortable to interact with the clients.
