Job Role: Application Specialist

Job Summary :

 1. Responsible for complete application support for all product lines in the region.

2. Will be responsible for running of tests, clinical complaint handling, application complaint handling & customer queries

3. Responsible for uptime of instruments.

4. Responsible for increasing the per system productivity of existing customers.

5. Would be participating in Local & National Level CME/Exhibition/conferences.

6. Responsible for collating local market data & competitor activities.

7. Would be coordinating with service team for resolving queries.

Educational Qualification:

Science Graduate

Experience Years: 0-2 yrs.

Industry: Diagnostics Industry

Competencies

Need to know how to run an Immunoassay’s, Electrophoresis & Coagulation tests.

In depth knowledge about Immunoassay testing & clinical backgrounds of each & every parameter being run on the systems.

Good written and verbal skills

Good interpersonal and relationship management skills
