Profile / Job Description:
Provide customer support. I.e. answer phones, emails or live chats Respond to customer requests Provide customers with product and service information; training shall be provided Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system Follow-up on customer inquiries that are not immediately resolved Research and resolve the billing issues Other duties as assigned
