Trainee Support Engineers
Responsible for providing Product Support to all customer requests
Communicating with Customers on Phone / Email
Maintaining Support Knowledge Base
Excellent English communication skills both verbal & written
Working in rotational day &night shift
Knowledge of managing / conducting product support interactions.
Ability to effectively communicate with Customers, Support, Engineering and Testing teams
Maintain regular contact with customers regarding quality of support and area of concern.
