Basic Hardware and Networking skills.
Troubleshooting of Windows OS, VPN related issues.
Troubleshoot issues related to, Active directory,
Handle issues related to Hardware
Incident / Problem management.
Excellent Communication skill with ready to work in night shift rotational.
