Job Role: Software Developer
candidates who have graduated in year 2012 (with specialization in Electronics / Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Science / Mathematics)
Basic C or C++ knowledge
Candidates should have good communication, problem solving and analytical skills
Selected candidates must be willing to sign Service Agreement for two years as per the company policy.
Candidates should be willing to work in any shifts on rotation including night shift.
Resumes will be screened and only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
Analyze product information - product log files and over WebEx
Identify the issue and propose a solution or workaround
Provide root cause analysis of the issue and steps to prevent from reoccurrence
Connect with team as required to resolve customer issues
Resources would be expected to work on weekends and shift on rotation
