Job Role: Trainee Technical Support Engineer
Job Summary :
Trainee Technical Support Associate has to cater the IT related requests raised by internal employees in a timely and efficient manner. She/he has to respond to the request either via mail, call, in person or Technician’s requests.
The Trainee Technical Support Associate sets service expectations and benchmarks for the organization. Those expectations define the corporate values for employee relations that translate into quality care for internal and external customers. Trainee Technical Support Associate also develops and implements strategies and plans for delivering customer service.

Responsibilities:
Basic job responsibilities include account unlocks, password resets, New Hire WO, Termination WO, extension WO, Modify WO, basic level Troubleshooting on all the Technical issues.
The Analyst in this level does not have any kind of Active Directory Roles mentioned for them. This means Analyst has only read access on AD.
She/he has to respond to the request either via mail, call, In person or Technician’s requests.
While handling the issues she/he is following quality guidelines and ensures that the issue is handled with utmost care.
Qualifications:
Degree, BE/ B.Tech with good communication and written skills.
Knowledge of PC troubleshooting, handling email client related issues, connectivity issues and basics of networking.
