The ability to diagnose and troubleshoot computer hardware and software problems.
Knowledgeable about computer virus and associated software used for diagnosis and removal
Troubleshooting printing issues
Proper closure and/ or escalation of tickets in a timely manner in accordance with the SLA guidelines
Keep of ongoing issues and changes in the environment by monitoring email and other communication methods
