Job Role: PDS Support Analyst
Basic Requirements:
* Associate level with 0 years’ experience on application maintenance/application support with basic HTML and Java script. * Good written and oral communication and Analytically Skills. * Knowledge and interest in WWW, Internet/ Social Networks, Online Advertising (Display vs. Search Ads) and how they work. * Proven analytic ability and willingness to proactively make informed decisions based inferences from analysis. * Good communication skills: both written and verbal. * Team Player with a great, positive attitude. * Ability to work on multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. * Must be organized and possess great attention to detail. * Willingness to work in Night shifts.
Below are Must:
1. Strong communication absolute must - not just English - ability to comprehend and clearly communicate ideas in a structured manner 2. Knowledge of web technologies, html, java script, etc. 3. Technical Troubleshooting, bug fixing, problem solving etc. 4. Basic knowledge of online ad world. 5. Prior expertise in technical customer support/product support
