Liaise with detail engineering consultants, client, and vendors during various phases of project for correctness and completeness of process design, fabrication and commissioning
Preparation/Review of process equipment datasheets, process flow diagrams (PFD), piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&ID), HYSIS simulation report, equipment sizing etc.
Review of vendor documents for safety and integrity of engineering design and operation
Fine-tuning the process parameters and controllers for process optimization and to achieve the desired guaranteed process performance
Participating in HAZID, HAZOP & SIL studies
Preparing pre-commissioning and commissioning procedure.
Preparation of Process Data Sheets for Pump, Heat Exchanger, Storage Tanks, Vessel etc.
Liaising with PMT and other discipline engineers on the project
Performing line sizing calculations
Perform Process simulations
Preparation of Process Documents like Process Design Basis, Simulation Report, etc.
Review bid proposals and assist in technical evaluations
Ensuring Process Integrity is maintained during transition between construction and commissioning, commissioning and start up, and Start up and early post project handover phases
