Understand guest\'s requirements and propose appropriate products to ensure a sale.
Ensure maximum conversion of enquiry calls to sale.
Ensure the achivement of targetted business to contribute to the overall performance of the Vertical.
Document the confirmed order over email or any other appropriate mode of communication.
Communicate the order to the Area Manager / Unit Manager, as applicable.
Ensure the order is executed as per the specifications (timelines, quantity, quality, etc.) of the guest.
Gain feedback from the guest.
Communicate the feedback to the appropraite stakeholders. In case of negative comments, ensure that the issue is being addressed and action is being taken.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails.
Promote all allied businesses (Gift Vouchers, Meal Boxes, etc.) to guests.
Connect with all potential guests, especially corporates, to prospect for new business.
Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries.
Prepare daily sales tracker and communicate the same to all concerned.
Prepare daily / monthly MIS of activities or as required by the reporting authority.
