GIS Fresher opening with CyberTech, Thane
To support USA clients to in resolving issues / queries related to ESRI Products in the desktop environment.
* Excellent Communication skills (Spoken/ Written)
* Good Attitude and willing to do customer support to USA Clients
* Should have excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to handle real time incidents
* Willing to work in Night shift
* Should have sound knowledge on any of ESRI Products ArcGIS/ ArcObject/ ArcIMS/ ArcGIS Server/ ArcSDE
* Knowledge in .Net/ Java will be an added advantage
