Flash Action Script Developer
1. Good Understanding of the Flash Object Model
2. Very Good Understanding of Actionscript 3.0
3. Good understanding of the Event Model in Actionscript 3.0
4. Good understanding of Design Patterns for Actionscript 3.0
5. Experience on Flash projects is a must
6. Knowledge of Flex and Actionscript 3.0
7. Knowledge of Unit testing
8. Knowledge of Automation compliance in Flex and Actionscript 3.0
9. Should have knowledge of working with Local Connection Object.
10. JavaScript DOM Knowledge
11. Core java knowledge will be an added advantage
12. Knowledge of Unit /Automation testing with Selenium will be a added advantage.
- Hard core programming knowledge in Flex 3.0, Action Script 3.0, Flash Media Server, XML,- HTML, javascript,- understanding of web services.
- To work in intermediate level in server side technology interaction with Flex and ASP.NET.
- Good knowledge in creating custom component, XML/Database linked Flex web application development.
- Strong understanding and implementation of OOPS in Flex projects.
- Should have good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and client facing skills.
