Mainframe PL/1 Developer (T74328)
Roles and Responsibilities: PL/1 - L1, VSAM - L1
Skill & Job Requirements: Wipro Technologies is looking for candidates with the below mentioned skills: BE /B Tech / MCA/ MS/ BS with 2-3 years of experience in large development / maintenance project and with the following essential skills: COBOL/PL/ I, DB2/ IMS DB, CICS/ IMS DC. Candidates should be experienced in requirement analysis, design, build and testing application. Knowledge in Banking/ Securities/ Insurance or Financial services Domain is added advantage. The candidate should have worked in projects involving SEI-CMMi Level 5 processes & Six Sigma methodologies. Candidates should posses good communication skills.
Skills: At Wipro Technologies as a software engineer you will be responsible for development, support, maintenance and implementation of complex components of a project module. Should work on problems of relatively complex scope, through general usage of standard programming concepts and principles and application of own judgment. You will have to work as a fully contributing team member under broad supervision and guidance.
