Helpdesk/Desktop- Engineer
All desktop hardware/software calls at HO and across the branches, New desktop installation and configuration of software
Mock file downloading and installation on trading desktop
Daily file downloading from Risk team for Instutional dealing desktop
For remote location, coordinating for helpdesk visit
Troubleshooting Printer problem across branches
Coordiation with LAN , VRS , UPS vendors as and when required
