Front office Executive (Female Only) - walk-in- Ahmedabad
Only Female Candidates Should apply or walk-in during office hours
* Excellent English Communication Skills.
* Call and EPABX management.
* Coordination with entire back office operations.
* Smart, Confident, presentable and zeal to advance in to career with pleasing personality.
* Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
* Will be responsible for handling Manage the Front desk and entire reception area.
* First impression management at the front office and complete coordination for administrative department.
* Assist HR in recruitment.
* Ready to join ASAP.
* Experience would be an added advantage
Some day to day task includes handling the front desk to deal with International clients, domestic clients, answer telephone calls, fax, courier /mail, fixing/managing appointments, attending to visitors, administration skills, guest and hospitality management.
