Trainee Recruiter
-Responsible for end to end recruitment process.
-Understanding the clients business and the requirements.
-Screening profiles and recommends them to the client after having a detailed discussion with the candidates about the role and their interest.
-Sourcing the best match by using various resources (i.e. Job sites, Head hunting, networking sites etc)
-Coordinate with the candidates & the clients.
-Lineup shortlisted candidates for interviews and regular follow with the selected candidates.
-Constantly updating the report on database.
