Software Engineer
- To ensure that operations are not interrupted due to any Software faults on 24x7 basis
- Customise Reports and co-ordinate for Software as per the Requirement of Clients.
- Identify and trouble shoot the problem in the shortest possible time.
- Daily Call Analysis (Hourly call details & analsying reasons for call lost)
- Implementation & support for New Processes
- Suggest and Develop New Analytical Reports
- IVR Management
Graduate, with Diploma in software development, having technical knowledge of ASP.NET, VB.6, SQL Server, Should be thorough at structured query language (SQL). Prime responsibilities will be to ensure that all the reports are delivered to internal customers in time… design & modify the reports… develop & make small changes in the software wherever required., Customise Reports and co-ordinate for Software as per the Requirement of Clients. Identify and trouble shoot the problem in the shortest possible time.
