1. Excellent programming concepts
2. Strong understanding & interest in Web technologies like HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS
3. Prior programming experience essential
4. Working knowledge of SQL essential
1. should be technically sound and capable of coding and integration testing for modules with minimum supervision and should be familiar with code and design reviews.
