Immediate Job Opportunity for BE Freshers with Datamatics
Job Responsibility: To understand the functionality of the products and to customize it for different clients as per specifications.
Required Skill:
B.E (Electronics & Telecommunication) - Freshers
Excellent academic record – Above 75% in SSC, HSC, above 60% in B.E
Physics / Chemistry / Maths scores in HSC should be above 80%, 80% and 90% respectively
Maths scores in SSC should be above 90% respectively
Key Responsibility Areas:
1.Setting – up the product and its derivatives.
2.Getting the Sample documents and Gathering information for setting up the tools.
3.Enhancing the quality of images scanned out of sample documents.
4.Configuring the tool as per specification i.e. creating PRF file – Program Reference File.
5.Using the ready made and asking for custom build functions.
6.Testing of the customization part.
7.Continuously improving the productivity and Quality.
8.Documentation of the set-up process.
9.Creating Manuals and test cases.
10.Install the software at client location and training them.
11.To trouble shoot any technical/ Implementation query.
12.To give Demo to the clients.
13.To provide tech support 24 * 7 (Includes Night Shift to manage US and UK Clients).
14.Implementation of the tools for internal BPO delivery projects.
