Associate Business Analyst
Associate Business Analyst
As an Associate Business Analyst at Synygy, you will work with members of our Client Services Department and be involved in the implementation and operations of incentive compensation management solutions for Global 2000 companies.
Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the accuracy of the information that you and your team produce and maintaining the design and configuration of client’s incentive compensation process.
Responsibilities:
The Associates use their analytical skills and Synygy software to:
- Configure data and calculation processes
- Design and implement reports
- Process client’s data and reports
- Implement and process verification procedures
- Fulfill client requests for information and analysis
An Associate must have:
- BE/B Tech preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Very strong detail orientation
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Excellent problem solving abilities
