Service Desk - Fresher's Welcomed
• Responsible for task assignment across team members to ensure a fair distribution.
• Monitor work queues and ensure that the service provided by the team meets and exceeds the timeliness KPIs applicable for the different areas of work.
• Required knowledge/competencies in: Windows 2000/2003/XP, Office 2000 including Outlook and Access
• Must have knowledge of PC hardware architecture and Desktop operating system internals
• Knowledge of typical desktop applications
