Freshers Walkin - UBICS Technologies Pune (Kingfisher Airline Process)
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work in 24*7 environment with rotational shifts.
IATA/UTFAA certification will be an additional advantage.
Candidates with excellent verbal & written communication only apply
We have an urgent opening for our Kingfisher bpo (Voice / Non Voice Email process)
Booking tickets/reservations, customer queries, proper resolution for customer complaints, reissuing tickets etc.
Documentation of calls.
Attend Briefing /Debriefing /Team Meetings.
Walk-in - Monday to Friday (11 a.m to 5 p.m)
Please have sufficient time with you for the complete recruitment process as it needs 3 to 4 hours.
