MAIN DUTIES / FUNCTIONS:
I. Employee Induction & Orientation
-Taking care of employee joining formalities and on boarding process
II. Training & Development
- Analyzing Training needs
- Coordinating for training programs
- Generating training assessments
III. Performance Management & Appraisals:
- Conducting performance appraisal process across organization
- Collating the data and processing the report
IV. HR Administration
* Finding the profiles through Job Portals, networking and References.
* Screening the Relevant Resume& taking HR Interview
* Issuing offer Letter & Appointment Letter
* Maintaining Joining Report and taking all the necessary documents
* Maintaining employee file
* Candidate Introduction
* HR & Admin Processes:
* General Administration
* Attendance Record
* Giving Monthly Payroll record to Accounts
* To handle Employee disciplinary issues
* Developing and implementing action plans to keep high motivation level among employees
* Maintaining Proper Communication between employees
* Manage effectively and timely resolution of issues
* Resolving Employees Queries on a daily basis
* Taking monthly feedbacks from employees
* Making Monthly MIS
* Handing Employee Exit
QUALIFICATION / KNOWLEDGE:
• Graduation
• MBA in HR from an Institute of repute
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
• 0-4 years experience in Human Resource Management handling end to end HR functions
• Desirable: experience as HR generalist / Recruiter
SKILLS:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with employees
• Should have good Analytical skills, employee engagements
• Should have acquaintance with HR policies and procedures
