HR Assistant
You will be responsible for
- managing the HR function at SKP(Mumbai) as a SPOC
- day to day operations of the HR function
o coordinating with the centralized HR team in Pune for all HR matters
o HR Administration (eg. joining formalities, interview coordination, statutory compliance, employee database management)
o recruitment coordination
- 0 – 3 years of experience in the HR function with exposure to the above areas
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good analytical and process skills
- Self motivated, with ability to function with limited supervision at a demanding pace
