Course Developer
We are looking for eLearning Course Developers, with varying levels of experience to join our team and devlop eLearning courses. Profiles of candidates for these positions are provided below.
Learn and use rapid development tools like Articulate, Captivate, Lectora to create eLearning courses on your own without the assistance of programmers/developers.
(Note: eNyota will provide the required training to candidates on how to use these tools.)
Interact with Graphic Designers and Programmers to communicate ideas and help create engaging eLearning courses as a team.
Profile of the candidate:
Must have a good command over the English Language (both spoken and written)
Ability to learn new authoring tools like Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, etc. quickly and troubleshoot problems
Must have an interest in pursuing a career in writing or in the eLearning/training industry
Have the ability to work independently as well as work in teams
Must be able to plan own work and adhere to project schedules
Should have working knowledge of computers, especially MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Desirable skills:
Experience in the eLearning industry or experience in technical writing
Note:
Smart freshers or experienced candidates who may not have immaculate writing skills may be considered for this position. Decent spoken English at least is expected.
Candidates from media production companies can also be considered here who are used to working with media related tools
