Company Eaton Corporation Job Role: Technical Services Technician Job Summary : Associates Degree Required – Diploma Holder in Electrical Engineering OR B.Sc -Electronics Basic Computer Skills An understanding of software applications such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Good Communication Skills – Written and Spoken Experience and willingness to interact positively with customers Use electronic tools and applications to generate customer documentation, primarily Submittals and O&Ms. Meet expectations per Service Level Agreement. Interpret customer specifications to provide accurate documentation. Prepares and maintains records, reports, etc. as required. Interacts with outsource suppliers such as FedEx / Kinko’s and L&T to help meet customer expectations. Apply standard work, error proofing, application knowledge to drive continuous improvement. Checks work to assure conformance to site and customer standards. Perform all other duties as required by the Technical Services Manager. Maintains and updates internal reference materials.
