Company ZS Associates Job Role: Finance Associate Job Summary : Good Communication skills B.Com (60%) Preference will be given to candidates with IT Industry experience Should be a team player. Should have been part of start to end payroll process. Manage Payroll Process Responsible for Salary payable reconciliation and F&F settlement as a month end activity Maintaining accounting entries pertaining to payroll Reimbursement of all Employee related payments Ensuring timely payment of statutory dues related to payroll Co-ordination with Admin, IS, HR Conduct finance orientation / induction program for new joinees Implement employee loan policy, and manage employee loan reconciliation Handle employees payroll related queries.
