Job Role: IT Support Analyst II
Job Summary :
Customer Service Skills and Communication skills, A + Hardware background, Phone support experience, Understanding Network terminology, familiarity with Win XP, Win 7 & Server 2003 & 2008.
Experience troubleshooting Windows XP, 2003 Workstation and Server.
Able to troubleshoot Intermediate Network Issues using Ping and NSLOOKUP.
Active directory Skill sets ? Adding & Modifying User Accounts, Email Accounts, Distribution Lists.
Group Policy Experience, familiarity with some form of backup technology preferably Symantec Netbackup 6.0 and above, familiarity with Citrix and VMware.
PC\laptop builds and experience with Symantec Ghost \ Acronis.
Minimum requirement is a Bachelors Degree in Engineering (preferably Engineering, Computer Science, Math or Physical Science) or MCA.
1-3 years experience required.
