We are looking for qualified candidates for the Technical Recruiter position (night shift) for our Mumbai Office to support Acro’s US Staffing Practice. The details of the requirement are below:
Summary: To source, recruit, and hire candidates that match job order requirements for existing and new accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools – job boards (dice, monster, other), social networks (LinkedIn) etc. * Successfully match and qualify candidates based on their strengths vs. client requirements. Conduct phone screens/interviews, negotiate salary/wage rates and other conditions of employment, gain acceptance from candidates on authorization to submit resume to clients, extend offer of employment and document activities in the appropriate database provided by Acro. * Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Work with other departments when required.
Education and/or Experience:
BMS /BBA / MMS /MBA with having excellent communication skills. OR Experienced International BPO professionals with background in voice based technical support/customer service processes with technical degree looking forward to make a career in recruitment/HR industry will be considered for this position.
OR Candidates with prior recruiting experience in US/UK/Domestic Staffing Markets will also be considered for this position.
Required : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Compensation: Base Salary + Incentive Pay + Meal Allowance.
Job Shift timing : Night Shift (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM)( Five Days Working only)
