A statutory university, UPES was established in 2003 through an Act (UPES Act, 2003) of the State Legislature of Uttarakhand. It is situated in a picturesque, 30-acre spacious campus in Pondha valley, Dehradun.
1. Will be responsible for the activities related with all examination for March/ September, RAT, PMBA and DRF. 2. Will assist to Assistant Registrar-SRE-CCE for maintaining Student Master data in coordination with Accounts Department and Record Section for the programme related examinations. 3. Pre-Conduct Activities of Examinations for above mentioned exam cycle: a. Procurement and upkeeping of examination stationery based on the stock level & requirement. b. Preparation of date-sheet well in advance for each exam and forward to As sistant Registrar-SRE-CCE. c. Prepare Registration form for each exam and forward to Assistant Registrar-SRE-CCE to put on website. d. Prepare data in excel file for Hall ticket generation & forward to Assistant Registrar-SRE-CCE. e. Dispatch the required examination stationary at various centres for conduct of exams as per the direction of Assistant Registrar-SRE-CCE. f. Dispatching of question papers for examination at all centres in duly sealed condition as per the direction of Assistant Registrar-SRE-CCE. g. Maintain file/records for all above activities. 4. Prepare seating plan for Delhi/ Dehradun examination centre for above cycle of examination and forward to Assistant Registrar-SRE-CCE. 5. Prepare invigilation duty chart for above examination in consultation with Assistant Registrar-SRE-CCE & forward to him. 6. Post Conduct Activities of Examinations for above mentioned exam cycle: a. Collection of answer books from various centres after conduct of examination, compilation of all as per subjects and prepare the packet for sending for evaluation to the concerned faculty member as per the direction of Assistant Registrar-SRE-CCE. b. Preparation of Award Sheets e.g. End semester exam & Composite score sheet. c. Checking of enrollment number, present /absent as per the attendance sheet and answer books. d. Distribution/ Collection of answer books from the faculty members along with award sheet & Q.P. e. Maintain complete record of above activities/ numbers of copies. f. Checking of marks/ enrollment number as per the award sheet and answer books. g. Timely disposal of UFM Cases and prepare the letters for the students to issue. h. Prepare the consolidated result and forward to Assistant Registrar-SRE-CCE. i. Prepare the consolidated result of DRF course work examination in excel file format and submit to Assistant Registrar-SRE-CCE. j. Prepare the consolidated sheet for disbursement of remuneration to faculty member for Invigilation duty/ evaluation and forward to Assistant Registrar-SRE-CCE. 7. Maintain all records of conduct of examination in proper retrievable form. 8. Will assist in re-evaluation process for these examination time to time. 9. Analysis of various records time to time. Any other work as assigned by the Reporting Officer as per the requirement of functioning of department time to time. Note: Submit Your Resume |
