Job Role:               Associate/Sr.Associate( Technical)

 Opening in Inbound Voice Customer Service (Associate Level ONLY)

- Excellent Spoken English skill is a must (International Voice Opening)

- Ability to analyze and solve customer queries over the phone (INBOUND, NO SALES)

- Knowledge of basic computing, excellent fluency in English language

- Home Pick-Up & Drop facility provided by the Company with Security Guard to all employees (As per Company Policy)

- 5 days/week ( 2 Week Offs )

- Fresher / Experienced Candidates
