Job Role: Instruction Designer
Job Summary :
As an Instruction Designer, the ideal candidates would be required to work as an integral part of the Replicon training & development team, establish and maintains effective working relationships with business group managers and team leaders across geographies, consult with key stakeholders as appropriate in order to develop and maintain a thorough understanding of each business units operations. Develops learning programs and interventions that are tailored to the specific operational and learning requirements of various departments
Key Responsibilities:
Designing and developing world class instructor-led, online and self-paced Computer Based Training programs for the organization’s product, process and people development training requirements Conducting Training Needs Analysis, developing course objectives and lesson plans, and using instructional design methodologies to develop high quality custom course work to meet individual learning needs Packaging and producing learning and development materials that are of a high quality, well structured and consistent with Replicon Training department’s standards for design and delivery Analyzes input of Subject Matter Experts to develop and modify instructional material for Replicon learning curriculum; including participant guides, facilitator guides, presentation materials, job aids, all course material, participant interactions, and learning evaluations.
Qualifications:
Proven record in designing and developing learning programs and interventions including online content Proven ability to develop and manage relationships and expectations with key stakeholders, including senior managers within an organization Excellent understanding of Instructional Design and online course development Expertise in using required tools for ID and content development Good understanding of Adult Learning Methodologies Proven ability to develop and effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders and manage their expectations Research and reading skills: should be interested in researching and reading for various subjects; should know how to research on the internet and/or books, libraries etc. for various topics Excellent verbal and written English communications Willing to work in the North-American shift timings (7.00 PM to 4.00 AM IST)
