Job Role: Search, Relevance Engineer

a BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field

 programming wizardry in at least one of the following: C/C++, Java or Python.

 a strong algorithm background in at least one of the following: machine-learning, data mining, search relevance, and information retrieval

 experience in building end-to-end scalable web applications to include algorithm development, systems design, and application layer

 scripting experience in Perl, Python, PHP, HTML/Javascript a plus

 a strong foundation in system design, software architecture, and web technologies

 extensive Linux system and network programming experience

 the eagerness to change the world in a huge way by being a self-motivated learner and builder
