Job Details:
The candidate should have completed Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent experience.
Spoken and Written English required to an advanced level.
Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must possess good Windows and Microsoft Office skills.
Knowledge of brick and mortar poker an asset.
Basic knowledge of online money processing a benefit.
As an Associate - Customer Services, the selected candidate involve in handling wide variety of player queries via email and telephone on player accounts, games, player promotions, technical issues, depositing and withdrawing funds etc.
Making verification calls to the players.
Liaising with various teams in Gibraltar and Sofia to resolve customer queries.
Ensuring accurate documentation and confidentiality of customer information.
