Job Role: Technical Support Engineer (Voice based)
Job Summary :
Qualification & Eligibility: Graduates in any discipline (B.Sc, BA, B.Com, BBA, BBM, BCA, BE, B.Tech, MCA, MSc, MBA etc.) 2007 to 2012 pass out (with sound technical knowledge preferred) batches, +2 are not eligible Diploma (10+12+3yr) Eligible No current back-logs. The candidate should be willing to work in rotational shifts & flexible to work in night shifts Standard written and verbal communication skills Computer proficiency with applicable software applications Candidate with 0-3yrs relevant work experiences Outside Kerala candidates are also eligible.
Role: The position title is Technical Support Engineer and the profile includes Troubleshooting Hardware / Networking / OS related queries of HP’s global customers Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
