Requires for its Mines situated in the State of Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra:
MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (FINANCE) : 5 POSTS ( 1 SC(B/L), 1 ST(B/L), 1 OBC & 2 GEN)
i) Graduates who have passed the final exam. of CA/ICWA OR ii) MBA with spln. in Fin. from a recog.Univ./Instt. OR iii) Graduates with SAS(Commercial) of C&AG of India
Age below 30 years (can be relaxed under Govt.guidelines)
Training period : One year. During training period a consolidated amount of Rs.16400/- per month will be paid.
On successful completion of the training and only after ascertaining their utility in the Company, the Management may regularize them in the regular pay scale of Rs.16400-40500/- ( E-01). The CTC would be around Rs.5.16 lakhs at minimum basic.
